Title Insurance

Title insurance insures the buyer that the title of the property is good as set out in the title policy. It guarantees that the seller has the right to sell the property. Escrow

An escrow is an arrangement wherein an Escrow Agent, holds funds and legal documents on behalf of the buyer and seller, and distributes them according to the buyer's and seller's instructions. Many of the escrow instructions are clearly outlined within the Purchase Agreement and give authorization to the escrow agent to disburse funds. Other types of escrow instructions are received from the Lender by way of loan closing packages, which outline the terms and conditions upon which the Escrow Agent may request loan funding.
